Everything you need to stay on top of your work.
One app reads your chats and mail, records your calls and plans your day around them. No separate note-taker, no second to-do list.
Every task, from every app
Jarvis reads Slack, mail, Telegram, Rocket.Chat and Jira, keeps the context, and hands you one ranked list.
Record your meetings
Replaces your note-taker. No bot joins the call. Jarvis transcribes it on your Mac and your action points land in your list.
Plan your day
Your tasks beside your real calendar, with a Join button on every call that has a link.
Connect your apps. Get a plan.
Jarvis reads your chats, email and calendar, then tells you what to do first.

Zero messages, tasks or meetings live on our servers.
Which apps does Jarvis read?
Slack, Rocket.Chat, Telegram, Gmail, Apple Mail and Jira, plus Google Calendar for your meetings.
Does it store my messages?
Chat messages are read live and never saved. Gmail is kept in a database on your Mac. Nothing is stored on a Jarvis server.
Does a bot join my calls?
No. Jarvis records the call’s audio on your Mac when you press Take notes, so nobody sees an extra participant.
Which Macs does it run on?
Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. Recording both sides of a call needs macOS 14.4 or later.
Can I change what Jarvis thinks is urgent?
Yes. Pin any task’s priority, or tell Jarvis a rule like “anything from Alex is urgent”. A priority you pin always wins.
What happens after the trial?
Jarvis Pro is €15 a month, VAT included. Subscribe or cancel from Settings → Plan.
